My name is Sophia, and I began my freelance design LLC in 2023 after I discovered my passion for working with nonprofits and churches, not forcing them to compromise on cost or design. I desired to help share God's beautiful story through beautiful design, and so far I'm still employed!
Since beginning my small business, I've also branched into my other love: Photography! In the past, I always considered myself to be an intimate photographer, capturing single moments of time—big or seemingly small. I never thought I would enjoy people as the subject…until I started my small business! I had taken photos at my Newman Center throughout college, but I thought that was all I could do. I never imagined becoming an event/occasion photographer, running around a venue hauling a ginormous lens bag and recharging my spare camera batteries.
Thankfully, God decided it was time for me to spread my wings. After being asked to photograph some engagement sessions, as well as a few weddings for buddies and events around my diocese, I realized I actually enjoyed it. I could capture a joyful moment WITH friends—both old and new.
